Do I need to know accounting?
No. Record sales, purchases and expenses the way you talk about them. The double-entry ledger is written for you.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser, so the same account works on your phone, tablet and computer.
Can staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Each person gets their own sign-in and sees only the screens their role allows.
Do I have to type in every supplier bill?
No. Turn on Bill scan, upload a photo or PDF, and check the purchase it fills in.
I only need billing and stock. Will the rest get in the way?
No. Modules you haven’t switched on stay out of the menu until you need them.
